Tis the Season...

I used to love decorating for Christmas. I'm trying to love it now! It required one full morning with no one else here. I spread everything out and then it is sort of like Tetris as I figure out where it all goes. I turned on the Christmas tunes and had a little stash of chocolate. In the end, it was a great morning...and I love the feeling of magic after it's all done! The best was when Hannah walked in the door from school and said, "It looks so beautiful in here!" A good mom moment!

    as a former tetris freak, i can empathize with your quest. Looks like you passed a few levels too! it does look beautiful- and inspires me to get my act in gear!

    I love the first picture- sometimes I think I'm the only one that has a a house like that, even if it is for a short while to decorate- the After is as beautiful as always, you do a great job and I'm sure not only does your family but all who enter your home enjoy the effort you put in!
